WCCI provides Christians with Cemetery Burial Space opportunity for Pre-need, planning purposes or Immediately.

What makes WCCI Stand out?

Christian Burial Space is All We Do.

For over 100 years, this cemetery has been a Christian faith centered organization. As a Texas Private Cemetery, we decide and reserve the right to refuse service based on other religions. We ask you to please respect this as we respect your right to freely worship to your religion in the United States.

Business vs. our operating costs.

Our cemetery is a 501(C)(3) Non-Profit and operates solely from volunteer support.

WCCI is a 100% volunteer run organization. We DO NOT GET PAID. This means we have no incentive to upcharge or pressure sales like many “One Stop Shops” or businesses in this field have been known to resort to.

We are not a perpetual care cemetery. We have no office overhead, electricity or water on site minimizing operational costs to you.

We are a 501(C)(3)- Private Christian Cemetery

A 501(c)(3) organization is a corporation, trust, unincorporated association, or other type of organization exempt from federal income tax under section 501(c)(3) of Title 26 of the United States Code. It is one of the 29 types of 501(c) nonprofit organizations in the US.

Set Price. Set space.

Burial space is based on two factors.: Casket or cremation burial need. Casket spaces (or plots) are five feet by ten feet (5’ X 10’). Cremation plots measure five feet by five feet (5’ X 5’) Our only additional requirements are to have a headstone (or Date of Death etching) paid for or provide a 30-Day deposit prior to your loved ones’ burial. Please see FAQ’s

Texas Cemetery Land Law.

When you purchase a plot you receive a Certificate of Ownership* for your records. *Ownership can not be transferred without express written approval of the WCCI board. We urge you to ensure family members or your probate lawyer know where these records are and notify us of death, changes of address, divorce etc.

If you have any complaints with any Funeral service or stone companies etc., we urge you to file a formal complaint. Please see: http://tfsc.state.tx.us/complaints.html

Growing with the Times.

We are always evolving. In 2018 we had the cemetery professionally surveyed. We have digitized files and records and built this Website in 2020. We synch our records with FindAGrave.com to verify locations and information to help families across the world find their loved ones’ final resting place.

We are also looking at building a Columbarium. Do you have suggestions or time/ skills? Please, let us know.
